Hotel Amenities

1. There will be a limit on how many people can be at the pool at one time. A lifeguard will only be on duty between 11.00-18.00 in high season. For safety reasons children are to use the smaller pool; attended by at least one adult. No sun beds can be reserved by the pool. Beds are sanitized morning and evenings. Swimming in both pools is not allowed after sunset.

3. Self Service Breakfast between 8.00 - 10.00am. Gloves (supplied by us) must be worn. Masks to be worn in buffet bar, but not outside.

4. Breakfast is 5 euro for villa guests and 7 euro for people not staying with us.

5. Night Watchman 11pm - 5am

6. WIFI in all Villas - passwords available from receptions.

7. Rooms are aired 1 hour before cleaning. They remain vacated for 4 hours before each arrival. Cleaners cannot and will not clean a room when room is occupied. Waste is collected daily. Clean bath towels and room cleaning every 2 days. Linien changed every 4 days.

8. Air-Conditioning in all rooms.

9. Televisions are now available in all Villa's.

10. Refrigerators in all Rooms

11. Kettles and Crockery for Tea and Coffee in every room.

12. Rooms with kitchens have a complete set of crockery and utensils.

13. Rooms without kitchen sinks will have no utensils; only disposable cups and spoons.

14. No pet allowed in rooms.

15. Ample Parking on the Grounds in the Europa Gardens.

 

Reception hours 9am - 5pm.  English, Greek and Italian spoken.

Breakfast Bar manager German speaking.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants, less than 5 minutes.
